This Privacy Policy explains how Zekiserv ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application shopperpro (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Summary

  • We do not collect personal information. We do not ask for, receive, or store your name, email, account credentials, or other identifying details on our servers.
  • We do not save scanned items on our servers. Receipts, barcodes, images, totals, and other scan-related content stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them through your device or another service.
  • All App information is stored on your device. Your data lives in local storage on the phone or tablet where you use shopperpro, under your control.

Information We Do Not Collect

shopperpro is designed to work without sending your personal information or scan content to Zekiserv. We do not operate a cloud backup of your scans, a user account system backed by our servers, or analytics pipelines that upload the items you scan.

We do not collect, on our servers:

  • Personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address;
  • Account or profile data created for our App;
  • Scanned receipts, product codes, images, line items, totals, or other scan results;
  • Usage histories tied to your identity; or
  • Contact lists, location history, or other sensitive data from your device.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Information you create or view in shopperpro—such as saved data, preferences, and app settings—is stored locally on your device (for example, in on-device storage or databases provided by the operating system). That data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, or clear the App's data in your device settings.

Because we do not receive this information, we cannot access, restore, or delete it for you from our side. Managing your data is done through the App and your device.

Scanning Features

When you use camera or scanning features in shopperpro, processing needed to read item names and/or prices happens on your device to support the App. We do not upload scanned items to our servers for storage, recognition training, or analytics.

If you export, share, back up, or sync data using tools outside the App (such as email, cloud drives, or platform backup services), those services follow their own privacy policies, not this one.

Device Permissions

The App may request permissions (such as camera access) so features work on your device. Granting a permission allows the App to use that capability locally; it does not by itself send scan content or personal information to Zekiserv.

You can review or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work if a required permission is turned off.

Third Parties

We do not sell personal information—because we do not collect it on our servers. The App is distributed through platform stores (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). Those platforms may collect information according to their own policies when you download, update, purchase, or review an App. We do not control store or device-manufacturer data practices.

We may update this policy or the App over time; any change to how data is handled would be reflected here before it applies.

Security

Because your App data stays on your device, its security also depends on how you protect your device—such as using a screen lock, keeping your operating system updated, and avoiding untrusted software. We do not receive your scan data and therefore cannot secure copies of it on our servers.

Your Choices

You can delete scans and other content within the App, clear App data in system settings, or uninstall shopperpro to remove locally stored information. Since we do not hold your data on our servers, there is no separate Zekiserv account or server-side copy for you to request access to or deletion of.

If you have questions about data on your device, contact us using the details below. For rights that may apply in your region when a company does not process personal data, those rights may be limited or not applicable to the App as described here.

Children's Privacy

shopperpro is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, on our servers. If you believe a child has contacted us with personal information, please reach out and we will address it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, the version shown at the top of this page. If changes materially affect how information is handled, we will provide additional notice within the App or on this page. Continued use of shopperpro after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
